How much of my team's time does it take?
Usually one working session a week for the people involved, plus short check-ins. The plan is agreed up front so it fits around normal work.
Do you set up the tools?
Yes, where it helps: configuring the tools you already pay for, setting up workflows and writing the guidance that goes with them. Patrick does not sell software, so the advice on what to use is independent.
What is a fractional AI lead?
A senior AI lead for a set number of days each month instead of a full-time hire: leadership decisions, team support and follow-through.
Do we need a strategy first?
Not always. If priorities are unclear, a short AI Strategy piece first can save time. The free call is where that gets decided.
